Senate District 41 Convention Set for March 17
It is approaching convention time for Republicans in Minnesota again, so mark your calendars and make your plans to attend the Senate District 41 Convention on Saturday March 17th (St. Patrick's Day) at the new South View Middle School Auditorium just across the parking lot to the east of the Edina Community Center. The beautiful new auditorium will be filled with your friends and fellow neighborhood Republicans, and coffee and morning refreshments will be plentiful. The doors will open at 8:00 AM and  registration will begin at 8:15. The Convention will be called to order at 9:00 AM and registration will close at 9:30 AM. Admission will be $12.00 at the door or $10.00 if your mail-in registration is post marked by March 13th.
The purpose of the Convention will be to elect a new Executive Committee for the Senate District, Delegates and Alternates for State Central to review the By-Laws and Convention Rules and consider other business that may come before the delegates and alternates who attend. In addition, expect to hear from several prominent guests and speakers from around the area.
