Third Congressional Fundraiser and Convention
CONVENTION - The Third Congressional District Convention is Saturday, April 23 at the Ramada Hotel (formerly the Thunderbird) at 24th Avenue and 494 in Bloomington. All delegates and alternates from Senate District 41 were sent a call for this convention. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 9:30 a.m. The convention convenes at 9:00 a.m. Pre-registration is $10 if received by April 16 and $15 at the door.
FUNDRAISER - Join Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo, Chair of the House Immigration Reform Caucus, at the breakfast fundraiser before the Convention. Tickets are $35. Check-in begins at 7:00 a.m. and breakfast is served at 7:30 a.m. Hot topics include – close the borders, national ID’s, amnesty, and worker program. Delegates, alternates, and guests are welcome.
SEARCH COMMITTEE - The Search Committee is looking for candidates for open positions including Vice Chairs and Secretary. If you have an interest, contact Judd Mowry, Search Chair at 952-474-7642 or appear before the Search Committee on Saturday morning.
