Precinct Chairs

     
    As a Precinct Chair, you are one of the leaders of the Republican Party in Senate District 41for the next two years. You have an opportunity to make a difference for your senate district, the state, and the country. You can be involved in the political process and have fun at the same time. Senate District 41 Republicans work hard for the Party and enjoy fellowship. The Precinct Chair’s activities can include:

 

    CONVENTIONS
    · As precinct chair, you have the opportunity to attend the conventions to which you are elected a delegate or alternate. These conventions can include the senate district, congressional district, county (if held), and/or state convention.

    FULL COMMITTEE MEETINGS
    · Attend the Senate District 41 Full Committee meetings that are held the fourth Tuesday of each month except June, July, August, and December and encourage your delegates and alternates to attend. Enjoy the food, speaker, and fellow Republicans.

    ELECTION TIME
    · Help our endorsed incumbents and candidates win election by doing literature drops, making Get Out The Vote (GOTV) calls to encourage people to vote, and assisting Party activities by working for our endorsed candidates through lawn sign work, letters to the editor, block walking, mailings, etc. Get your delegates and alternates involved.

    VOLUNTEERING
    · Volunteer to help the Senate District with conventions, Fourth of July Parade, office work, full committee meetings, etc.

    FUNDRAISING
    · Contribute to the Senate District. Participate in making fundraising phone calls to previous contributors to the Republican Party. Get your delegates and alternates involved.

    TRAINING
    · Attend precinct officer training.
